We bought a gown for my daughter to wear to her Junior Prom at Letitia's. She wound up not wearing it that night but absolutely loved it and wanted to save it for her Senior Prom.... A year later, we didn't even go shopping because she was so excited to wear the gown we previously purchased. We went to Ruthie for alterations, and out of nowhere, my daughter was in tears - she didn't love the dress anymore and didn't want to wear it! With only a few weeks until prom night, Ruthie and her staff helped us find a dress my daughter loved and felt pretty in, had it altered and done with time to spare! My daughter couldn't stop smiling!

Letitia's was AMAZING from day 1. We can’t say enough about Letitia’s Bridal! My friend Kristen got her wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses there a couple years ago, so I knew I was going to have good luck there. I fell in love with a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress and my bridesmaids got their dresses from there as well! My mom and mother-in-law also purchased stunning gowns from them. Ruthie and Marika have excellent fashion advice and helped us pick out styles that fit all of our body types. They made us look and feel beautiful from the moment we walked into the store. I looked everywhere for the perfect dress and no luck. With the short period of time against me, every place informed me that I would not have enough time to get my size, get it altered, and dealt with the bad customer service. I looked for an old Hollywood style for my dress. So I did my research and with luck, I stubbled upon Letitia's Bridal Boutique, who had Casablanca. I debated upon two dresses. Just so happened that they had both dresses and I could try them on. Before I said yes to the dress, I asked if I would be able to buy it and get it altered within time of my big day. They said that they can get my dress in my size, do all the dress fittings, and get be ready for my big day with no hesitation. So I said yes to the dress! They were helpful and detailed. “My experience with Letitia’s was excellent. I came from the city to have my BHLDN wedding dress altered for my wedding this past July. The staff made the dress look and feel like it was made for me. They helped my mom find and alter her mother-of-the bride dress, too. The staff is knowledgeable and won’t shy from telling you if something doesn’t look right. I appreciate their honesty. “A very big thank you to Ruth and her staff for dealing with me and my girls! (We were not the easiest bunch!) I explained my vision of what I wanted for my bridesmaids dresses, and they helped us find the perfect one! As for my dress, I was extremely unsure what I wanted, but Ruth had me try on a clearance dress, and I knew the moment I put it on, it was the one! Then they dealt with us through a date pushback of a year, where half of us had final fittings already, and had to return almost a year later to have the fitting done all over again! I hadn’t tried my dress on (which had already been fitted last year) until 2 weeks before our big day, and it was huge! I lost weight recently, so I needed to go back.
